BTS’s “Butter” continues to set new records!
On August 2 local time, Billboard officially announced that BTS’s “Butter” has topped the Hot 100 chart.
This is impressive on so many levels, Butter” is now the longest-running No. 1 hit of 2021 on the Hot 100 chart overtaking Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drivers License” record which she held for eight weeks back in January to March of this year.
“Butter” also successfully remained the top-selling song of the week.
“Permission to Dance” continues to chart well ranking at No. 9 on the Hot 100.
