BTS Suga Issues Apology And Admits To Drunk Driving An Electric Scooter
BTS Suga has reached out to fans with a personal statement following news that confirmed he was drunk driving an electric scooter!
Earlier today, one media outlet reported on the news and it was followed by a statement by HYBE that confirmed Suga drove an electric scooter drunk for a short distance.
After the news went viral, Suga took to Weverse to issue a personal apology letter admitting to what happened.

Hello, this is Suga. I am deeply sorry to be reaching out to you with disappointing news. Last night, after having drinks at a dinner gathering, I rode an electric scooter to return home.
I mistakenly underestimated the danger of a short distance and failed to recognize that riding an electric scooter while intoxicated is against traffic laws. While parking the scooter in front of my home, I fell, and a police officer nearby conducted a breathalyzer test. This resulted in my license being revoked and a fine being imposed.
Although no one was harmed and no property was damaged, I fully accept responsibility for my actions and sincerely apologize to everyone.
I apologize to all those who were hurt by my careless and wrongful behavior and will be more mindful of my actions in the future to ensure such incidents do not occur again.
