BTS RM has surprised fans with happy news!
On April 17, RM held a livestream on the group’s official BANGTANTV YouTube channel. In the 12-minute video, he spoke to fans about what he’s been up to, he explained that he wanted to try something new so he held a livestream on YouTube. BTS members usually hold livestreams on V Live not YouTube.
He explains that he wanted to try something new since their concerts were either postponed or cancelled,
“It’s nothing much, but we wanted to share what we’ve been up to lately to feel more connected and to show that we’re doing a lot of things together.
From now on, we plan on sharing our lives with you about once a week.”
RM revealed that he, along with the rest of his members, will be doing this more often via YouTube. Besides talking about this he surprised fans by revealing that the group is already working on their next comeback,
“We’ve begun preparing for it. We’re going to share the preparation process with you.
Not many details have been decided as of now; we’ve only just started talking about it.”
Since their work on the album has just begun, RM stated that they’re unsure of when it’ll be released; he promised they’ll do their best with the album.
BTS recently came back in late February to massive success. Their concert tours were either cancelled or delayed due to COVID-19, the members were supposed to tour around the world to what would’ve become their biggest tour to date.

My Personal Thoughts
I feel bad for everyone including myself. We’re all going to take a hit because of the virus and there is no way we can avoid it. The situation is not getting better and it will take a while before we’re ever able to go back to normal life.
BTS profit will take a huge hit in 2020; it’ll probably be slashed by more than half. BTS make a fortune with touring, it’s known for being the most profitable activity for kpop groups. They also sell merch and do a lot for those concerts and now it’s been delayed.
I think their comeback wouldn’t have come this early if they were touring because they’re usually very very busy.
I wish them the best and I can’t wait to see what they offer via YouTube livestream.
