BTS Jimin has been picked as the global ambassador of the French luxury fashion house Dior.
On January 17, Dior announced the same by releasing the photos of Jimin in the 2023 Dior Summer Men’s Collection.
In the photos released with the announcement of the global ambassador, Jimin showed Dior’s global ambassador-like aura. Jimin, who was with the 2023 Dior Summer Men’s Collection, boasted his perfect chemistry with Dior by embodying Dior’s unique sensibility of being modern and classic.
Jimin is a member of the 21st-century pop icon BTS and an artist who shines in various fields such as dance, singing, and composing. In addition, the news of Jimin being selected as the global ambassador of Dior is drawing attention as he is leading trends not only in Korea but also around the world.
Dior said, “Through this partnership, the special relationship between Jimin and Dior House, which has been going on since 2019 when Kim Jones designed BTS’ stage costumes, will be further strengthened.”
Meanwhile, Jimin recently released a song called “Vibe” in which he collaborated with BIGBANG’s Taeyang. “Vibe” is gaining popularity as it topped the global music streaming platform iTunes’ worldwide song chart immediately after its release on January 13.
