BTS J-hope Surprises Fans With Upcoming Single Release Ahead Of Military Enlistment
BTS J-hope is releasing an upcoming single!
On February 26, BIGHIT MUSIC shared a notice on Weverse in relation to J-hope’s pending military enlistment stating he’s begun the process of enlisting in the military.
On February 27 at midnight KST, BIGHIT MUSIC officially announced that J-Hope would be releasing a solo single called “on the street” in the 1st week of March. They wrote,

This is BIGHIT MUSIC.
We are happy to inform you that BTS member j-hope will be releasing a solo single “on the street”.
j-hope wrote the track to share his candid feelings toward his fans. The title “on the street” refers to j-hope’s roots—street dance—from which his dream to become an artist began, and the path the artist and fans will continue to walk together.
We hope that j-hope’s “on the street” serves as a meaningful gift to everyone who supports the artist. Please look forward to j-hope’s new song!
Release date and time: 2 PM, Friday, March 3, 2023 (KST).”
J-hope has been recently active in various solo activities, he’s released his massively successful solo album “Jack In The Box.” This also means that J-hope will be the 2nd member of his group to enlist in the military following Jin who left on December 13.
