“Boys Planet” Contestant Wang Zihao is making his debut with a new stage name!
‘Boys Planet’ alumni Wang Zihao is making his official debut under the stage name Le’v (pronounced Lé-vi) and he’s signed with a new label.
On the 27th of July, his agency Chromosome revealed, “Wang Zihao, who appeared on Mnet’s survival audition program ‘Boys Planet,’ will debut as a solo singer under the name Le’v in mid-August.”
Le’v gained recognition among global K-pop fans for his outstanding dance skills and stable vocals showcased during Mnet’s ‘Boys Planet,’ which concluded in April.
Chromosome, Le’v’s agency, was founded by Lay, who made his debut with EXO in 2012 and has been actively involved in group activities, solo singing, and acting both domestically and internationally. Lay promised full support to Le’v, who will be taking his first step into the K-pop market based on the know-how he has acquired throughout his own career. Expectations from fans are already high as Le’v, who has gone through training as a trainee, approaches his official solo debut.
Before his official debut in August, Le’v plans to meet fans with various debut promotion contents.
