BLACKPINK Lisa has bought a house in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, a traditionally rich neighborhood.
According to a copy of the real estate register on February 1st, Lisa has purchased a house in Seongbuk-dong for 7.5 billion Won (approx. $6.1 Million dollars) on January 30th in her name.
Lisa signed the house on July 15 last year and completed the registration of ownership transfer in six months.
The house Lisa purchased was purchased previously by Lotte New York Palace Executive Director Jang Sun Yoon and Audi Korea Executive Director Yang Sung Wook at a public sale of 2.051 billion won at the time.
In April 2016, two years after the purchase, the couple demolished the old house and built it with a total floor area of 689.22㎡ on the first basement floor and two ground floors. The land area is 655㎡.
It is estimated that the full payment was made in cash because Lisa’s house did not have a mortgage on the register.
Meanwhile, business leaders such as Kyobo Life Insurance Chairman Shin Chang Jae, Hyundai Group Chairman Hyun Jeong Eun, and Hyundai Department Store Chairman Chung Ji Sun, actors Bae Yong Joon and Lee Seung Gi live in Seongbuk-dong, which is called Korea’s representative rich village.
