HBO’s “The Idol” is officially set to premiere in June, we’ll get to see actress BLACKPINK‘s jennie in the series soon!
“the idol” is a work that tells the life and love story of a popular female pop singer against the background of the music industry in los angeles. singer the weeknd participated in co-production, and director sam levinson of hbo’s popular series “euphoria” took charge of directing.
“the idol” stars johnny depp’s daughter lily-rose depp, the weeknd, troye sivan, and dan levy. in particular, jennie took on her first acting work through this project.
jennie was also invited to the 76th cannes film festival where the drama will premiere, although she’s not yet confirmed to attend the event.
