The group BLACKPINK will reunite as a full group for the first time in a while, but this time, not on stage, but on the screen.

According to YG Entertainment on the 26th of July, BLACKPINK will attend the production presentation of the movie “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS,” which will be held at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, on August 9.

This event is organized to commemorate the release of the “BORN PINK” world tour concert film. The event will feature a ‘pink carpet’ reflecting BLACKPINK’s iconic color. Celebrating their 8th anniversary since debut, BLACKPINK plans to interact more closely with their fans by attending in person.

Additionally, members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa will visit theaters to express their gratitude through stage greetings. This will be the first time in about 11 months that the full group gathers in one place since the final concert of their world tour last September, and it is expected to receive an enthusiastic response.

The movie “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS,” which is set to be released on July 31, captures the live performances of the “BORN PINK” world tour, with the grand finale at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. It will be screened in over 110 countries, including Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom, marking the largest release for a girl group’s concert film.
