BLACKPINK will be making their American performance debut at the Universal Music’s Grammy Artist Showcase, according to a report by Billboard!
The event will be hosted by the label’s CEO Lucian Grainge, BLACKPINK had previously signed an exclusive contract with Interscope Records which is a label under Universal Music.
The event aims to put the spotlight on Universal Music label talents. it’s an invite-only showcase that will be held a day before the 2019 Grammy Awards, on February 9.
The showcase is taking place at ROW in Downtown Los Angeles. This is yet another show added to BLACKPINK’s growing schedule in America.
They will also perform on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” on February 11 and make an appearance on the ABC morning show “Good Morning America” on February 12.
