BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo has achieved a new feat with her pre-order sale of her new album!
Jisoo’s solo album “ME” surpassed 950,000 pre-orders within two weeks of pre-sale, successfully achieving the fastest record for a single K-pop female solo artist.
On March 21, YG Entertainment, her agency, posted “JISOO – CONCEPT POSTER #1” on its official SNS unveiling the title track name.
Jisoo will release her first solo album “ME” at 1 p.m. on March 31. The title song is “FLOWER,” and with this Jisoo’s new music color, which has not been seen before, has been unveiled. Jisoo will follow in the footsteps of Jennie, Lisa, and Rose, who previously released their solo albums, and is the last member to start her solo career.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, a group to which Jisoo belongs, is recently conducting the biggest world tour for K-pop girl groups, BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] with about 1.5 million people.
