BLACKPINK are set to return with a new single in August featuring an unknown artist for now.

After the happy news, rumors began to circulate online about the identity of the unknown artist. Korean news outlet MyDaily reported that the featuring artist is Selena Gomez.

YG Entertainment commented,

“Please wait for the official announcement later.”

Originally, many fans believed that Ariana Grande was the featuring artist and thus had mixed feelings about Selena Gomez.
