On April 24, MyMusicTaste shared an official statement about Wooyoung’s injury. The statement explains Wooyoung won’t be able to participate in “THE FELLOWSHIP: BEGINNING OF THE END” concert in Madrid due to his injury.

Here is their statement:

As ATEEZ member Wooyoung has been experiencing back pain since yesterday, he won’t be partaking in the FELLOWSHIP event in Madrid happening today—Sunday, April 24—at 5 PM (CEST).

Wooyoung is currently taking some rest in order to improve his condition, thus we ask for your understanding and will make sure to notify you in case of any new updates.

Thank you.

The previous night, fans noticed that Wooyoung was visibly struggling with his back injury while dancing, many were afraid for his health after he had to leave mid-performance. ATEEZ later explained he had injured his back while rehearing earlier that day.

Since this is ATEEZ’s first stop in Europe’s tour, it is unclear whether the idol will be able to partake in the upcoming concerts or not.

Wishing Wooyoung the speediest of recoveries!
