The memorial space for the late Moonbin will be extended until June 6th.

Fantagio, Moonbin’s agency, announced on the official fan cafe on the 28th that “the visit period has been extended until June 6th (49th day) so that fans who couldn’t visit within the original period can use the memorial space for a longer time, considering the opinions of Aroha who found it difficult to visit within the original period.” They also stated that “a new space will be prepared and operated so that fans can focus entirely on the memorial space.”

The memorial space, which was located in front of the Fantagio headquarters, in the parking lot, and behind the building, will be moved sequentially to the rooftop park of the headquarters from this day forward. The agency explained that “until the 30th, only the memorial space prepared on one side of the parking lot can be used,” and that “letters, gifts, and other items left in the memorial space will be carefully preserved, and will be periodically collected and stored during the operation period to ensure their safety and preservation.”

Finally, they urged visitors to refrain from visiting other floors outside the memorial space during the visit period, saying that “the building is a shared space for several other companies besides ours.”

The agency of the late Moonbin has prepared a separate space so that fans can mourn for him. ASTRO’s agency, Fantagio, announced early in the morning of April 19 that ASTRO member Moonbin had passed away, various media outlets initially reported on the news quoting police officials. His funeral was held on April 22 and he was laid to rest then. The funeral was held privately in respect of the family’s wishes.
