Group ASTRO members JinJin, Cha Eun Woo, Moonbin and Sanha will continue their relationship with their current agency.
On December 30, Fantagio announced that ASTRO members JinJin, Cha Eun Woo, Moonbin, and Sanha have decided to continue their activities with them in the future while as for the remaining members, Rocky is still discussing with them and discussions with MJ will take place after his discharge from the military.
The following is the full statement of Fantagio:
“Hello, We’re Fantagio Co., Ltd. First of all, we would like to express our deep gratitude to the fans who love and support ASTRO. ASTRO members JinJin, Cha Eun Woo, Moonbin, and Sanha have decided to continue their activities with Fantagio. The rest of the members, Rocky, is having an in-depth discussion with us, and MJ will discuss about this after being discharged from the military. We will give our full support to the four members of ASTRO to be active in various fields, so please give them a lot of encouragement and support as you do now. Thank you.”
Meanwhile, ASTRO debuted in February 2016 as a six-member boy group consisting of Cha Eun Woo, MJ, JinJin, Moonbin, Rocky, and Sanha. At a crossroads ahead of the 7th anniversary of their debut in 2023, four members, including Cha Eun Woo, the main member, announced the renewal of his contract early today.
