ASTRO’s Jinjin Breaks His Silence With Heartfelt Goodbye Letter To Moonbin + Shares Beautiful Photos Of The Late Idol
ASTRO’s Jinjin has shared his first social media post following the sudden tragic passing of Moonbin.
On May 3, the idol posted a letter to his Instagram and along with the post shared several never-seen-before photos with Moonbin.
He wrote,
Bin-ah, hi? Are you doing well? Every time I look through the photo album, you’re there. I still can’t believe it.
I just want to think that you’re busy doing all the things you wanted to do, things you couldn’t do before, and that’s why you’re not contacting us.
You always liked whatever I said and played the most pranks on me. I miss that about you. Sometimes, I think about how I should have done more for you, made you laugh more.
When I think like that, I remember your smiling face, and I smile too. You were so beautiful when you smiled. You knew that, right? If you didn’t, you should have.
People around me talk about seeing you in their dreams, and I think, why doesn’t Bin-ah come up to me in my dreams? I want to see you just once, no matter what. I’ve never felt the need to see you so badly before. I just hope we can spend a day happily together. I’m back to practicing for musicals and working hard. I think I did well in musicals because I can focus without thinking about other things.
The seniors and colleagues here are taking such good care of me and I feel as if I’m being loved. People who worked with you often come to me and say you did well, that you always did beautiful things. When I hear those things, I feel proud. You were always deserving of love, Bin-ah. ASTRO’s agency, Fantagio, announced early in the morning of April 19 that ASTRO member Moonbin had passed away, various media outlets initially reported on the news quoting police officials. His funeral was held on April 22 and he was laid to rest then. The funeral was held privately in respect of the family’s wishes. The agency of the late Moonbin had also prepared a separate space so that fans can mourn for him.
