The artists’ lineup for the “30th Anniversary Hanteo Music Awards 2022″ award ceremony has been unveiled!

Hanteo Global Co., Ltd., the organizer of the “Hanteo Music Awards,” unveiled the first lineup of performers of the “30th Anniversary Hanteo Music Awards 2022.” The released lineup consists of artists who have been popular with K-pop fans at home and abroad such as NCT DREAM, Kim Ho Joong, Jung Dong Won, CIX, WEi, BE’O, TEMPEST, Lucy, and EPEX.

NCT DREAM surpassed the initial sales million sellers with their second full-length album last year, and even their winter special album released at the end of the year proved their global popularity by achieving two consecutive hits. As Hanteo Chart ranked No. 1 in total album sales among all K-pop artists with sales close to Quintuple Million Sellers in 2022, NCT DREAM, which dominated both domestic and foreign countries, showed remarkable results in both album and music.

Kim Ho Joong, who continued his fame by becoming a half-million seller with his second full-length classic album, will appear in the “Hanteo Music Awards.” Kim Ho Joong, who showed scary initial sales to the point where the military white flag is overshadowed, will fill the stage with light sensibility.

In addition, Jung Dong Won, who released his mini-album “Handwritten Letter” and “MAN” last year, was also working as an active actor and singer following various entertainment shows. Jung Dong Won, who is showing various stages through a national tour concert, is also expected to shine with a fruitful stage at the “Hanteo Music Awards.”

CIX is currently conducting their second world tour after completing their first world tour last year. They made a comeback with “458” with an intense performance in the summer of 2022 and experienced global popularity by surpassing 10 million views of their music video within two days of its release.

In 2022, WEi released two mini-albums, surpassing 150,000 first-time copies with their fifth mini-album. After the first world tour, they are continuing their terraced growth by introducing a wider music spectrum.

Last year, BE’O, who has continued his activities by participating in various features and collaborations as well as his personal album, confirmed his appearance. “LOVE ME” and “Complex,” which were released last year, have been doing well by cruising the music charts so far.

TEMPEST has been active since their debut in 2022 by releasing three albums. With their third mini-album, they surpassed 130,000 first-time copies and have become a “fourth-generation trend” with a frightening performance that it’s not like a rookie.

Lucy‘s stage, which was invited to a number of big festivals in Korea last year and has established itself as an “emerging powerhouse in the festival world,” also raises attention. Lucy’s first full-length album, which all four members participated in producing last year, recorded initial sales 2.5 times higher than the previous album and sold out all seats, including solo concerts and encore concerts of the same name, proving the popularity of the main band.

EPEX, which has emerged as a “fourth-generation future group,” surpassed 100,000 copies in their initial release with their fourth mini-album “4th EP Album [Book Of Love Chapter 1. Puppy Love],” and completed their first fan meeting and concert in Japan and will also attend the “Hanteo Music Awards.” EPEX’s stage, which showed intense performance, fresh charm, as well as wide concept digestion, is also expected to be spectacular.

Artists who shone in the music industry in 2022 have been announced as a lineup, drawing more and more K-pop fans’ attention.

Meanwhile, the “30th Anniversary Hanteo Music Awards 2022” is the first offline awards ceremony to mark the 30th anniversary of the Hanteo Chart, and is based on objective and accurate data from Hanteo Chart.

The Hanteo Music Awards will be held at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on February 10 and 11. It will be exclusively broadcast live on SBS M and YouTube THE K-POP channels in Korea, and on Mnet Japan and Mnet Smart+.
