aespa Announces July Comeback, Partners With Warner Records + Surprises Fans With Pre-Release Single “Illusion”
aespa has a lot of surprises in store for fans.
Recently, aespa signaled their comeback with a teaser poster to their social media accounts. They revealed they will be making a comeback this July with their second mini-album “Girls.” The album will be released on July 8.
SM then revealed that aespa has signed a partnership with Warner Records to expand on their operations in the U.S. Through this new partnership, aespa’s upcoming second mini-album “Girls” will be released simultaneously in Korea and the United States on July 8.

Added to that, aespa will be pre-releasing their English language single “Life’s Too Short”—which they first performed at Coachella back in April—on June 24.
On June 1, aespa shocked fans by dropping a brand-new song titled “Illusion” from their upcoming mini-album.
At the same time, Apple Music officially announced that aespa has been named as their “Up Next” artist for June, they’ve become the first kpop girl group to be granted this and only the second Asian artist following NCT 127.
