37-Year-Old Singer And Actor Chung Lim Passes Away

Chung Lim (37, real name Han Cheongrim) has passed away after battling cancer.

According to the music industry on the 20th of July, Chung Limclosed his eyes the day before while fighting colon cancer.

The late singer majored in Korean dance at the Korea National University of Arts. He made his acting debut first through the KBS 2TV drama ‘Sorry, I Love You’ in 2004. In 2009, he released his first album ‘Step’ and debuted as a singer.

He appeared in dramas such as ‘Dream’ while juggling both acting and singing careers, and was once considered a potential ‘second Rain’ in the entertainment industry. However, he couldn’t continue his activities after ‘Show Up’ in 2010. In 2020, he revealed his current status as a motorcycle brand sales representative through a YouTube channel.

The funeral hall is at Gangnam Severance Hospital, Funeral Hall 3. The procession will take place on the 21st at 9 a.m.
