Nana will be starring in the upcoming drama “Mask Girl”!
“Mask Girl” is based on the webtoon of the same name, the webtoon gained massive attention for its unique characters and refreshing plot. The drama will be about an ordinary employee named Kim Mo Mi who is insecure about her looks. Every night, Kim Mo Mi is active as an internet broadcasting jockey (BJ) while hiding her face with a mask. The drama will focus on the story of Kim Mo Mi as she gets unintentionally swept in an incident.
It was confirmed back in February that Go Hyun Jung, Ahn Jae Hong, and Yeom Hye Ran will also be starring in “Mark Girl,” Go Hyun Jung will be playing the leading role of Kim Mo Mi, Ahn Jae Hong will be playing Kim Mo Mi’s coworker Joo Oh who has a one-sided crush on her, and Nam Yeom Hye Ran will be taking on the role of Joo Oh Nam’s mom Kim Kyung Ja.
Nana will also be playing Kim Mo Mi, Kim Mo Mi who has significantly changed her appearance following an unexpected incident, and Go Hyun Jung will play Kim Mo Mi who runs for another goal by any means necessary after some time.
A rookie actress is also expected to play Kim Mo Mi, who works as a BJ while hiding her face due to her inferiority complex and will appear at the beginning of the story. The expectations are high for the new drama “Mask Girl” and its character Kim Mo Mi, who will be played by three different actresses. The drama will be filled with unpredictable stories and tension over what path Kim Mo Mi turbulent life will take.
“Mask Girl” will be helmed and written by director Kim Yong Hoon. It will be produced by Bon Factory of “True Beauty,” “Encounter,” “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim,” “Master’s Sun,” and more.
This drama will be released on Netflix.
