Actor Jang Hyuk Reveals Why He Is Always Working Without A Break, The Reason Will Shock You
Actor Jang Hyuk is known for being one of the Korean actors who usually take on many projects each year, they are known for being active in more than 1 drama project each year.
Jang Hyuk was doing “Wok of Love” opposite Junho and Jung Ryeo Won when it was confirmed he would be returning with a new drama called “Bad Papa.”
This meant that as soon as he was done filming “Wok of Love” he was getting ready to film “Bad Papa.”
On September 26 episode of “Radio Star” Jang Hyuk finally opened up about the reason why he is always filming without any breaks.
He was asked by the MCs,
“We heard you actually tell your manager to bring in the next script in the middle of filming for your current drama. Why do you do back-to-back productions?”
Jang Hyuk explained,
“People say its because I am a workaholic or that I don’t want to return home, but that’s not the truth. After working nonstop for 23 years, I miss home and I want to spend time with my children. However, I am now in my 40s and heading to my late 40s so I keep thinking that I should be doing lots of production. I have to appear in many genre so I can relax in my late 40s.”
His upcoming drama “Bad Pap” he will play the role of a man who used to be a boxing champion who becomes bad in order to be a good father to his children.
“Bad Papa” will air on October 1st at 10 p.m. KST.
