LG Uplus’ ‘STUDIO X+U’ has confirmed the casting of a new MZ (Millennial Generation and Generation Z) romance thriller drama “Branding in Seongsu” starring Kim Ji Eun and Lomon.
“Branding in Seongsu” is a romance thriller drama set in Seongsu-dong, the mecca of branding, and revolves around the story of the sharp marketing team leader Kang Na-eon and intern So Eun-ho, who experience a soul switch after an unexpected kiss.
Kim Ji Eun will take on the role of the youngest marketing team leader who brings success to every project she touches, ‘Kang Na-eon.’ She is a living legend in the industry, starting as an intern and reaching the executive level, someone who is addicted to living a life where friendship and love are sacrificed for success. However, she gets entangled in a case after being involved with the intern she thought was foolish overnight.
The role of another protagonist, ‘So Eun-ho,’ will be played by actor Lomon. So Eun-ho is the cutest intern in the marketing agency, known for his endearing looks and aegyo (acting cute). He jumped into the job market late in life as a YOLO (You Only Live Once) person and started as an intern, but he keeps running into conflicts with his boss, the ‘workaholic’ Kang Na-eon.
“Branding in Seongsu” is scheduled to be released in the first half of next year.
