Fitness Youtuber Personally Reveals She’s Dating Actor Julian Kang Whom She’d Been Friends With For 3 Years
Actor Julian Kang (42) and fitness creator JJ (39) are currently dating.
On the 19th, JJ announced through her YouTube channel, “I’m dating Julian Kang.”
Julian Kang and JJ have been close friends and have appeared in numerous videos together, including collaborations with YouTuber Pittvely. JJ shared, “Julian Kang and I have been friends for three years, and our relationship has always been very straightforward and pure. When we transitioned from being just friends to being in a romantic relationship, it was a bit awkward at first because the walls came down all at once. But we’ve managed to navigate through it.”
JJ also explained her reason for publicly announcing their relationship, stating, “There was no need to explicitly reveal that I have a boyfriend, and we initially wanted to quietly enjoy our relationship. However, since both of us have professions where people can easily recognize us in public, we thought it would be better to inform our subscribers in a small way.”
JJ, who is 39 years old in Korean age, shared her thoughts on entering a relationship at this stage of her life, saying, “I thought I would continue living without being in a relationship. But as I lived sincerely, I naturally found myself in love. Julian Kang is originally from Canada, so we plan to visit Canada in early June.”
Julian Kang was born to a Korean father and a French mother. He is currently active as a model and actor in Korea. He has appeared in MBC’s “High Kick Through the Roof,” “Real Men,” tvN’s “The King of Wrestling,” and other programs. He currently communicates with fans through his YouTube channel.
JJ runs a fitness YouTube channel called “JJ Salon de Fit,” which has 1.11 million subscribers.
