Yoon Kye Sang Cast In Upcoming 2023 Drama As A Kidnapper In A Black Comedy
Yoon Kye Sang has decided on his next project.
Recently, Yoon Kye Sang’s agency confirmed the actor has been cast in the upcoming drama “Day of Kidnapping” (literal translation).
“Day of Kidnapping” is a black comedy about a collaboration between an 11-year-old girl and a sloppy kidnapper. Its based on a novel of the same name. It tells the story of Kim Myung Joon [to be played by Yoon Kye Sang], a first-time kidnapper who kidnaps an 11-year-old girl to raise money for his daughter’s hospital fees. Due to this, he becomes a wanted man as a murder suspect. He’s a kidnapper who is weak-heated and lacking. He is placed opposite a genius girl. The two attempt to find the truth behind whats going on after they’re roped into a murder case.
The drama will be directed by Park Yoo Young, who was behind “A Model Family,” “Love Alarm Season 2,” and “Kingdom Season 1,” and written by Kim Je Young who has previously worked on “Wonderful Nightmare,” “Insane,” and “Cheese in the Trap“.
“Day of Kidnapping” is scheduled to air in 2023.
