tvN’s “The Queen’s Umbrella” has finally premiered!
On October 15, the newest Kim Hye Soo drama premiered. According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of “The Queen’s Umbrella” scored an average nationwide rating of 7.6%, the drama premiered to the top of its time slot across all channels both public and paid. The 2nd episode of the drama scored even better with 9.1% in ratings, a huge jump from its premiere episode.
Meanwhile, SBS’s “One Dollar Lawyer” achieved its highest viewership ratings to date this weekend. It recorded an average nationwide rating of 15%. Competing in the same time slot is the MBC drama “The Golden Spoon” which sunk to its lowest rating yet on Saturday. It fell to an average nationwide rating of 4.6%
tvN’s “Blind” recorded 2.6% while JTBC’s “The Empire” recorded 2.1% and 2.9% for its most recent episodes.
