On January 27, tvN presented the first teaser video and character poster of their upcoming drama “Pandora: Beneath The Paradise.”
“Pandora: Beneath The Paradise” tells the survival story of a woman who must become the first lady to protect her family. One day, she comes face to face with the terrible truth of the past she had completely forgotten. She will take desperate revenge against those who were responsible for what happened to her.
Lee Ji Ah is set to play Hong Tae Ra who will become the first Lady due to her husband’s presidential bid. She’s famous, wealthy, and has her husband’s love as well as a pretty daughter. She has no memory of her past. One day, those sealed memories come back.
Lee Sang Yoon takes on the role of Pyo Jae Hyun, who is Hong Tae Ra’s husband. He’s a genius developer with soft leadership and a sensible personality. He’s recognized as an entrepreneur youngsters want to be like. Politicians think he can be the next president of South Korea.
On top of that, Kim Soon Ok, the writer of the “Penthouse” series and “The Last Empress” will be working with director Choi Young Hoon, whose previous works include “One the Woman” to create a revenge drama on a different level. Reliable actors such as Lee Ji Ah, Lee Sang Yoon, Jang Hee Jin, Park Ki Woong, and Bong Tae Gyu will maximize the genre’s pleasure. The first teaser video, which was unveiled amid rising expectations, marked the prelude to a bloody revenge drama. Hong Tae Ra (played by Lee Ji Ah) and Pyo Jae Hyun (played by Lee Sang Yoon) are enjoying the party with applause and cheers at the banquet hall. Tae Ra and Jae Hyun, whom everyone envies, look at each other lovingly and are in their own world.
