The original TVING drama “Island” has released the first synchronized poster having the original cartoon characters side by side with the live-action characters created by the author of the original work.
On December 28, the original TVING drama “Island” released a synchronized poster created by the original author Yang Kyung Il ahead of the release of the main episode.
“Island” is a drama based on the webtoon of the same name by writers Yoon In Wan and Yang Kyungil, depicting the journey of characters who are destined to fight against evil trying to destroy the world.
Actors Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, Cha Eun Woo, and Sung Joon will instill a new charm in the original characters armed with strong individuality with their immersive acting.
In the poster released, the characters in the original cartoon by the original author Yoon In Wan and Yang Kyungil and the live-action characters based on the original work, Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, Cha Eun Woo, and Sung Joon are cross-edited to catch the attention of viewers.
First of all, Kim Nam Gil confronts Jeong Yeom Gwi to stop the end of the world but boasts an outstanding aura with Ban’s solid expression and sharp eyes, who is a tragic being who cannot fit in with humans.
On the other hand, Lee Da Hee draws attention by imitating Won Mi Ho, a third-generation chaebol and teacher. Lee Da Hee perfectly immerses with the original character by taking advantage of the details of the original character’s beauty as well as with her chic and sophisticated beauty.
Cha Eun Woo, who turned into the youngest Vatican priest Yo Han, creates a visual sensation with his impressive appearance.
Finally, Sung Joon, who plays Gung Tan, the most mysterious creature in “Island” and abandoned by the world, draws attention with his resemblance to the original character.
