My personal thoughts- written by Jass K.
I have seen both dramas and my favorite premiere was “The Veil.” I had high expectations going in because I knew Namgoong Min usually picks great projects and I wasn’t disappointed. The ratings for the drama is quite honestly amazing especially considering how it didn’t follow a successful drama unlike “One The Woman.”
“One The Woman” has the upper hand in terms of ratings because it proceeds the hit drama the penthouse. The premiere was fun, a bit chaotic, and all over the place but fun. I think there is potential in both kdramas.
“The Veil” only has 12 episodes which means a compact project is to be expected, the drama is also very expensive and likely one of the most expensive MBC dramas ever made, on the other hand, “One The Woman” will be 16 episodes.
I think it will continue to be a tight race. I am enjoying both and this makes the weekend even better.
