“The Outlaws 3” continues to prove its immense success!
On the 7th day of its release, on Tuesday, June 6 at 7:45 PM, the movie “The Outlaws 3” surpassed 6 million viewers.
According to the Korean Film Council’s integrated computer network as of 7:45 PM on Tuesday, ‘The Outlaws 3’ exceeded 6 million viewers, becoming the first film this year to achieve this milestone. This achievement occurred approximately 5 days faster than the previous installment, ‘The Outlaws 2,’ which took 12 days to reach 6 million viewers.
In the box office certification photo released alongside the news of surpassing 6 million viewers, director Lee Sang Yong, along with actors Ma Dong Seok, Lee Joon Hyuk, Aoki Munetaka, Kim Min Jae and more expressed their gratitude to the enthusiastic audience with bright smiles.
Meanwhile, “The Outlaws 3” depicts the crime cleanup operation carried out by the irreplaceable monster detective ‘Ma Suk-do’ (played by Ma Dong Seok), who moves to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, in order to capture the mastermind behind a new drug crime, ‘Joo Sung-chul’ (played by Lee Joon Hyuk), and another villain involved in the drug case, ‘Ricky’ (played by Aoki Munetaka). The film is currently being screened nationwide to great acclaim.
