“The Killer’s Shopping List” Premieres To Promising Ratings, “Love All Play” Ratings Remain Stagnant

Lee Kwang Soo and AOA’s Seolhyun’s new drama “The Killer’s Shopping List” is up to a promising start!

According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of tvN’s new drama “The Killer’s Shopping List” scored an average nationwide rating of 3.6%.

“The Killer’s Shopping List” stars Lee Kwang Soo and AOA’s Seolhyun. It is based on a novel of the same name and is written by Kang Ji Young, the drama is a comedy-mystery thriller and tells the story about an ordinary neighborhood on the outskirts of Seoul. When a body is found around an apartment building, a supermarket receipt becomes a key piece of evidence that unleashes the hunt for the killer.

Meanwhile, the third episode of KBS’ “Love All Play” recorded an average nationwide rating of 1.7%, a slight dip from its previous episode rating of 1.8%.

And lastly, the latest episode of JTBC’s “Green Mothers’ Club” scored an average nationwide rating of 2.8%, a decrease from its previous episode rating of 3.7%.

  1. I am watching “Love All Play”. Sports dramas are not everybody’s cup of tea, sadly, but personally I like them very much. I don’t expect it to have any high ratings though. Even if it has some vibes similar to 2521, it is obviously much more light. Probably directed at a young audience. Anyway, I like badminton and the cast and the sports in general, so I am enjoying it so far.

  2. And I forgot to say that Park Ju Hyun playing Tae Young is really good. She carries the drama and “glue” everything together. She is more convincing as the girl in love, than Chae Jong Hyeop. I like him and I thought he has done great in the “Nevertheless”, but in this drama, he is not very “engaged” I’d say, seems a kind of indifferent so far. Hope he will improve as the drama unfolds.
