JTBC’s has unveiled the first teaser poster for the second season of their upcoming drama “The Good Detective”!
“The Good Detective” tells the story of the realistic lives of police detectives as they uncover corruption and those who try to conceal it. The drama wrapped up its run in August of 2020, its highest ratings was 7.6% which is impressive for a cable channel drama. It was later announced back in 2021 that the drama will be coming back for a second season with Son Hyun Joo and Jang Seung Jo returning to reprise their roles.
The newly released poster feature the main characters including Kang Do Chang (Son Hyun Joo), Oh Ji Hyeok (Jang Seung Jo), Kwon Jae Hong (Cha Rae Hyoung), JI Man Goo (Jung Soon Won), Byun Ji Woong (Kim Ji Hoon), and Sim Dong Wook (Kim Myung Joon). In addition, the poster reads, “They came back stronger than ever,” making viewers excited to see the new story the characters will bring in the second season.
“The Good Detective 2” has finished filming in May and is scheduled to air sometime in July 2022.
