SBS released the teaser for “The First Responders 2” post the end of season 1 on a cliffhanger.
In the newly released teaser, the story continues where it left off. Bong Do Jin and Jin Ho Gae were in an explosion but Seol seems to have gotten hurt while saving them. Do Jin and Ho Gae are alive but Ho Gae is seen mourning someone’s death. There is a new police chief and Ma Tae Hwa is back again. Anyhow, detective Jin is back in the police force and his enthusiasm about catching criminals is all the same.
“The First Responders” tells the story of employees at a police station and a fire station who work together to solve cases. The story will focus on highlighting the teamwork of the first responders who save lives. It’s led by Kim Rae Won, Son Ho Jun and Gong Seung Yeon.
Kim Rae Won plays the role of the police officer Jin Ho Gae who is not afraid of going after criminals, once he bites on a lead, he never lets go.
Gong Seung Yeon is Song Seol a paramedic who quickly does her best to save lives. Son Ho Jun plays the role of Bong Do Jin a firefighter who heads straight to the fire in order to put it out. He’s fearless and bold.
The recently released trailer is action-packed and gives a look at the city that never sleeps with citizens facing all kinds of danger. Our three heroes respond swiftly to people’s requests for help. However, not all goes according to plan.
“The First Responders” Season 2 is set to release in July 2023.
