tvN’s new drama “Tale Of The Nine-Tailed” is leading the ratings battle.

Previously, “Tale Of The Nine-Tailed” premiered to higher ratings than the finale of its predecessor, “Flower of Evil.” According to Nielsen Korea, “Tale Of The Nine-Tailed” second episode scored average nationwide ratings of 5.557%, a slight dip from the 5.8% that it achieved with its premiere but still, pretty impressive for a cable drama.

Meanwhile, KBS’s new drama “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” saw a slight increase in ratings scoring average nationwide ratings of 2.8% and 2.6%. While MBC’s “When I Was the Most Beautiful” scored 3.4% and 3.6%.

On JTBC, the second episode of “Private Lives” scored average nationwide ratings of 2.235%, a slight dip from its first episode.

Which one of these newly premiered dramas are you watching?

My Personal Thoughts

Like I explained before, “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” is up for a challenge because KBS dramas at this particular timeslot have been doing poorly rating somewhere in the 1 to 3%.

“Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol” doesn’t deserve 2% in my opinion, the second episode was especially fun and I certainly hope it picks up next week, it achieved a slight rise with its second episode so I am hoping next week, it’ll do even better.

“Tale Of The Nine-Tailed” episode 2 was amazing and full of entertainment. I wasn’t bored at all and the drama albeit typical for a fantasy tvN drama, still very enjoyable. I am so happy it achieved 5%, I think it can even do better next week as long as it keeps being interesting.
