Suzy’s most recent interview has gained attention among fans!
Recently, Suzy made a guest appearance on the YouTube channel “Thursday Night with Jo Hyun-ah.”
Suzy, who turned 30 this year, said,
30-year-old Suzy is sexy. I wanted to get older. I debuted when I was too young, and I hoped to mature and become indifferent to everything quickly. But nothing seems to have changed. I’m getting older and wrinkled, but that’s also good. I’m happy that I’ve become a better person as each year goes by.”
When Jo Hyun Sh brought up the story that she predicted Suzy would get married at the age of 31 in the past, Suzy said,
It was said that it’s best to get married at the age of 31, but it’s next year. Even if I get married next year, I don’t think I’ll regret my choice. I’m not the type to regret my decisions easily.”
When asked about a grand or simple wedding, Suzy replied,
If I have a wedding, it will be either very simple or very grand.
Meanwhile, Suzy talked about her praised acting in last year’s Coupang Play ‘Anna,’ saying,
The company didn’t oppose it, but there were concerns about me acting as a character in her 40s at my age. I was worried too, but I thought I had to do it. I felt that it was a work that I could challenge myself with.
The company said, ‘Let’s do it if Suzy wants to.’ When the decision to appear was made, I said, ‘Okay.’ When I met with the CEO of my agency, I said, ‘I was really happy at that time. I’ll do well.’ I didn’t want to do it when everyone was against it. It’s a precious work to me.”
Suzy also added, “I feel more preciousness by doing one work after another. I grow by learning things that I didn’t know through the work. The more works I film, the more tears I shed,” she said, shedding tears.”
