Actor Sung Hoon has confirmed his appearance in the upcoming drama “My Heart is Beating” and will challenge his first noir action.
On September 7, Sung Hoon’s agency, Stallion Entertainment, said, “Sung Hoon will play the lead role of Kang Woo Joo in ‘My Heart is Beating.”
“My Heart is Beating,” starring Sung Hoon, is a drama based on the cartoon of the same name by Park In Kwon, a trusted cartoonist, and depicts the bromance between rough men.
Sung Hoon plays Kang Woo Joo, president of Taebong Construction, a former “troubleshooter” of the violent organization Sanhopa, and presents a colorful noir action. In particular, Sung Hoon will delicately portray the character with excellent fighting skills and extraordinary intelligence that is enough to receive absolute trust from the boss.
Sung Hoon, who debuted with drama “New Tales of the Giseang” in 2011, is drawing attention to what charm Sung Hoon, who proved his character’s ability in a number of works, including “Love Ft. Marriage & Divorce Season 1 and 2,” “The Sound of Your Heart Reboot,” and “Woori The Virgin,” will captivate viewers.
The first filming of “My Heart is Beating” is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year.
