Actor Song Joong Ki has become the new face of Louis Vuitton.
On the 24th of May, Song Joong Ki was appointed as the ambassador for the French luxury brand Louis Vuitton.
Louis Vuitton stated, “Song Joong Ki has proven to be an irreplaceable actor in terms of both acting skills and visuals through recent works such as the Netflix series ‘Space Sweepers,’ dramas ‘Vincenzo’ and ‘Reborn Rich.’ With his film ‘Hopeless,’ he made his first appearance at Cannes and has been receiving global attention for his limitless performances,” explaining the reason for his appointment as an ambassador.
Prior to Song Joong Ki, Louis Vuitton appointed BTS member J-Hope, model Jung Ho Yeon, and Hye In from New Jeans as ambassadors.
Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki recently made his debut at the Cannes International Film Festival after 15 years with the film “Hopeless.”
