Actor Song Joong Ki has announced his marriage to his girlfriend Katie Louise Saunders.

He announced through his fan cafe on the 30th that he made a vow to spend his future life with Katie Louise Saunders, who has been supporting and cherishing time with him.

He also announced her pregnancy. The actor said they both dreamed of creating a happy family and have made efforts to keep their promise and thankfully, they have found a precious life together.

Through the announcement, fans found out that Song Joong Ki and Katie Louise Saunders have already completed their marriage registration and became a legally married couple.

I vowed to spend the rest of my life with Katy Louise Saunders, who has supported me, cared for me, and spent precious time with me.
She has a good heart and has lived her life passionately. An admirably wise and wonderful person.
Thanks to her, I’m becoming a better person.
Naturally, we dreamed of making a happy family together. We have made great efforts to keep each other’s promises, and thankfully, we have found a precious life together.
And I am from my way back from registering my marriage to start our life as a couple based on deep trust and love.
Let’s look in one direction and walk together beautifully for the days ahead.

Previously, On December 26 of 2022, reports came out about the actor being in a relationship with a British woman. Later, his agency confirmed the happy news via a short statement.

At the time, it was also rumored the couple was expecting a child but his agency flat-out denied the rumors in an official statement.

Katie Louise Saunders is a British actress who appeared in movies such as “Lizzie McGuire”, “Third Person”, “Borghia: The Most Corrupted Pope in History” and stopped acting after the movie “CCTV: The Secret View” in 2019.
