Popular Korean Actress Reveals Success In IVF, Expecting Her 1st Child In 2025
Singer and actress Son Dambi and former speed skater Lee Kyu Hyuk are expecting a baby.
On October 1, Son Dambi posted a photo on her social media, showing herself with Lee Kyu Hyuk and an ultrasound image of their baby. Along with the picture, she wrote, “With everyone’s blessings, we are soon becoming parents. Thank you to everyone who has supported us. Let’s do well, Ddabongie,” referring to their unborn child.
Lee Kyu Hyuk also expressed his excitement on the same day, stating, “A new life has arrived. 11 weeks ♡. It still feels unreal. Thank you to everyone who has congratulated us. I’m going to be a dad now!! Thank you, Dambi.”
The couple got married in 2022. Son Dambi had previously shared her journey of undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF), revealing weight gain and emotional struggles after a failed first attempt. However, they succeeded on the second attempt and are now set to welcome their child in April of next year.
