Actress Shin Ye Eun is considering appearing in the upcoming drama “Jung Nyeon” starring Kim Tae Ri.
On February 22, her agency, NPO Entertainment, told NewsN , “It is a work under positive consideration” regarding her appearance in the new drama “Jung Nyeon.”
“Jung Nyeon” is a period drama set in 1950 that tells the story of Yoon Jung Nyeon, a girl from Mokpo who had nothing and learned nothing, entering a women’s Korean traditional theatre company because she wanted to become rich. Studio N has started producing a drama of a popular webtoon of the same name, which began serialization through Naver Webtoon in April 2019.
Expectations are high on whether Shin Ye Eun, who is awaiting the premiere of the first episode of SBS’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Romantic Guest House” after appearing in Netflix’s original series “The Glory,” will visit viewers again with “Jeong Nyeon.”
