JTBC’s drama “Reborn Rich” may be on its way to surpassing “SKY Castle” in viewership ratings, as it recently reached a new all-time high
According to Nielsen Korea, the most recent episode of the drama recorded 22.5% , making it the most watched program of any kind on any channel that day. This puts “Reborn Rich” close to the record set by “SKY Castle,” which had a peak viewership of 23.8%. Its now the 3rd most-watched cable drama of all time.
“Reborn Rich” was also the most popular among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with an average rating of 9.4%.
On the other hand, TV Chosun’s new drama “Red Balloon” premiered with a rating of 3.7%, while “The Forbidden Marriage” on MBC had a rating of 3.0% for its fourth episode.
“Alchemy of Souls 2” on tvN maintained its first place rating in its time slot with an average of 7.2%, despite a slight decrease in viewership.
“The First Responders” on SBS did not air due to the 2022 SBS Entertainment Awards.
