After the rumors that have been going around that the “Penthouse 3” will be extended by two more episodes, SBS has confirmed the news.
On July 29, “Penthouse 3” production team stated that the episode extension has been confirmed in order to achieve a successful conclusion with a solid ending.
“Penthouse 3” was originally planned for only 12 episodes and is being aired only once a week, the drama will air until September due to the extension.
Previously the production team extended both season 1 and season 2 by 1 episode each.
“Penthouse 3” has been ranked number one in all weekly miniseries for seven consecutive weeks, “Penthouse 3” episode 7 which was scheduled to air on the 23rd of July has been canceled due to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. The drama is set to resume airing this week.
In related news, the “Penthouse 3” production team has accepted criticism regarding the character Alex in the drama and will change his hairstyle.
“The Penthouse 3” airs every Friday at 10 p.m. KST.
