It’s finally been confirmed, Park Seo Joon is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
A couple of months ago, various Korean news outlets reported that the hallyu actor has been cast in the upcoming sequel to “Captain Marvel,” at the time, Park Seo Joon’s agency declined to comment. While on August 3rd, the agency did confirm the actor had flown to the U.S. to film something, they declined to reveal further details.
On September 3, Awesome ENT announced the happy news, they stated that he’s taking on a new challenge. However, the agency didn’t name the film he’ll be appearing in, neither his character name nor the filming location. They stated that further details will be provided at a later date.
Park Seo Joon is now the third Korean actor to star in a Marvel movie following Claudia Kim (who appeared in “Avengers: Age of Ultron”) and Ma Dong Seok (“Eternals”).
