Lee Min Ho And Youn Yuh Jung Upcoming Apple TV+ Drama “Pachinko” Confirms Premiere Date With First Ever Teasers
Get ready, Apple TV+ Drama “Pachinko” is coming soon!
Based on Min Jin Lee’s best-selling novel of the same title, “Pachinko” tells the story of four generations of a Korean immigrant family, its about how the family’s history unfolds across continents (Korea, Japan, and the United States). The project will feature Korean, Japanese, and English, and the story will be told over eight episodes.
On January 27, Apple TV+ unveiled first ever stills of the upcoming drama and confirmed that “Pachinko” will premiere on March 25. The drama will premiere with three episodes, followed by new weekly installments every Friday through April 29, 2022.
Lee Min Ho will play the role of Hansu, a rich powerful merchant who has ties to organized crimes. He is an opportunist who is true to his own desires while still wanting to be pure when it comes to love. He is a mysterious character who is hiding a secret while pursuing a forbidden romance. Korean news outlets are reporting that he’ll play an important role in the story.
