Disney+’s original series “Moving” has achieved the highest viewing time in the first week among all Disney+ original series in Korea.
This record surpasses both season 1 and season 2 of ‘Casino’. It is a result that demonstrates the love of the public for “Moving.”
“Moving” has also garnered significant attention not only domestically but also globally, becoming the most-watched Korean original series based on viewing time during the first week on the American streaming platform Hulu.
Furthermore, it has ranked as the most-watched series during the first week based on viewing time in Disney+ Asia-Pacific regions including Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, showcasing its popularity.
Regarding these achievements, Carol Choi, EVP of Walt Disney Company Asia-Pacific Original Content Strategy, stated, “The 11 episodes of ‘Moving’ released so far have exceeded our expectations, generating a global consumer response. “Moving”, available on Disney+ in 65 markets worldwide including the United States and Hulu, is a human action series that depicts the story of children living in the present while hiding their superpowers and parents who have lived in the past while concealing a painful secret. After the release of the first 7 episodes on Disney+, a total of 20 episodes will be released, with 2 episodes every Wednesday and 3 episodes in the final week.
