Model and actor Ye Hak Young has passed away
On December 27, media outlets reported that the actor passed away at the age of 40. The cause of his death is unknown. He passed away on December 24.
Ye Hak Young made his debut as a model in 2001 and also appeared in popular TV shows and movies such as “Nonstop 4,” “The Cut,” “Like Father, Like Son,” and “A Pharisee.”
After a break from the entertainment industry due to drug charges, Ye Hak Young returned to the spotlight with appearances on “Serenade Operation” in 2011 and “Korea’s Got Talent 2” in 2012. He was arrested for a DUI in 2019 and had not been active in the industry since then.
Ye Hak Young’s funeral was held at Sungsim Hospital in Anyang, Gyeonggi-do, and his burial site is at Xi’an Family Memorial Park in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province.
