MBC currently airing drama “May I Help You?” will not air any new episodes this week, here is why the broadcasting station made this decision.

On October 31, MBC issued a statement to announce that “May I Help You?” is taking a break this week and will cancel its broadcast. This happened in the wake of the Itaewon tragedy that took the lives of over 150 people.

This isn’t the only MBC program that has canceled episodes this week. More programs and dramas are going to be potentially halted as well.

When will “May I Help You?” episode 6 air?

Accordingly, “May I Help You?” Episode 5 will air on November 10 at 09:50 p.m. KST. It will resume broadcast on the 2nd week of November.

As previously reported, at least 154 people died in relation to the crowd surge incident that happened in Itaewon on October 29. More than 100,000 people gathered in Itaewon to celebrate the Halloween weekend on October 29, and due to a suspected overcrowding surge, many began to faint and many people died as a result of the incident.

The Prime minister of South Korea has since announced a national mourning period until November 5. Flags will be hoisted, and public officials and institution employees will wear ribbons. All non-urgent events will also be postponed as a result.
