Actor Lee Shin Young has joined “Dr. Romantic 3” as the youngest doctor.
On March 16th, his agency, Forest Entertainment, announced that Lee Shin Young has confirmed his appearance in the SBS drama “Dr. Romantic 3”.
“Dr. Romantic 3” is a drama depicting the story of a doctor taking place in the background of Doldam Hospital, and was loved by viewers from season 1 in 2016 to season 2 in 2020.
In the drama, Lee Shin Young will play the role of Jang Dong Hwa, the youngest doctor at Doldam Hospital, and is a person with the characteristics of the MZ generation who pursues a free way of life while in his third year as a GS major. Lee Shin Young, who has taken a challenge in his first medical drama, is set to create an exciting relationship with Doldamz.
Lee Shin Young played the role of Park Gwang Beom, a member of Hyun Bin’s 5th company, in tvN’s “Crash Landing on You” and left a mark on viewers. Since then, he took on his first lead role through KBS2’s “Contract Friendship”, and is expanding his position as an actor by appearing in tvN’s “Day and Night” and Disney+’s “Rookie Cops”.
“Dr. Romantic 3” will be broadcast in April following “Taxi Driver 2”.
