On July 25, a media outlet reported that Lee Se Young and Kentaro Sakaguchi would be the main characters in “After Love,” but the agency clarified that it is one of the projects they received offers for.

“After Love” is based on a novel co-written by authors Gong Ji-young and Tsuji Hitonari, depicting a love story between a Korean woman and a Japanese man. The drama adaptation has been garnering attention.

Meanwhile, Lee Se Young will be starring in the new MBC drama “The Contract Marriage of Miss Oh.” Kentaro Sakaguchi will hold his first fan meeting in Korea in September.
