Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo have been accused of violating social distancing rules amid their dating rumors.
On August 30, Dispatch exclusively reported that Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo; a former member of MOMOLAND, have been dating for five months.
Later, Lee Min Ho’s agency, MYM Entertainment, denied the dating rumors and told news outlets they were simply friends. They also explained that the photos of Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo are taken in a place where he was hanging out with his friends.
This is where the new controversy comes from. Some netizens pointed out that according to the agency’s explanation, it means that Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo could have possibly violated social distancing rules.
Lee Min Ho’s agency, MYM Entertainment, has come out with a response, they explained that the photos were taken on July 1st, and a meeting of four individuals was permitted back then, they asserted that the meeting didn’t have more than four individuals.
Currently, the social distancing rules have been tightened due to the rise in cases in South Korea and if these photos had been taken very recently, it would’ve meant that Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo could have possibly broken social distancing rules while meeting their group of friends.
