The drama marks Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun’s return to the small screen, they’re reunited with writer Kim Eun Sook for the upcoming drama about two parallel worlds.
“The King: Eternal Monarch” has naturally garnered a lot of attention ever since the project was announced, fans have been curious about how the chemistry of the leads would turn out and after watching the highlight reel, they have their doubts.
SBS has recently released a longer video about the drama and netizens believe that Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun’s chemistry isn’t that good. It’s too early to comment on chemistry.This was the same issue with Goblin, everyone complaining about the age gap and the drama did so well that year.
Being handsome doesn’t mean he can act. Kim Go Eun has had chemistry with everyone she’s ever acted with, but Lee Minh Ho. I had high hopes for him because of her, but as expected he’s his usual self. This would’ve been an amazing drama with another lead because everyone else is on point.
They have no chemistry whatsoever. She act really awkward and i don’t see a physical attraction between them. Often fell asleep while watching the first 4 episodes.
So excited to watch The King Eternal Monarch… Hats off to Lee Min Ho the definition of class and yes indeed a worthy Emporer. Bit disappointed with the main cast though… Chemistry is lacking between the Prince and Princess
